Anyone looking at doing a garden renovation should check out Secret Gardens of Sydney. Their portfolio is just stunning. A girl can dream!!

Little Day

My Little Day is a French based company specialising in party decorations for kids. Not only do they stock gorgeous colour co-ordinating nick nacks - including bunting (my favourite!) but the photography on their website is just darling!! Go see for yourself.

Public Dining Room

Public Dining Room at Balmoral Beach is James and my favourite restaurant! It is also where we held our wedding reception on the 21st August 2010 (1 month yesterday!!!). As Public Dining is a relatively new restaurant they are focusing on the promotion of their venue for weddings and other events. We were lucky that Public chose our day to have promotional pictures taken of their venue - here are the snaps!

It's a charming film - At the Movies

 The Reluctant Infidel (as well as being my project of the moment) is a small British film about a likable cab driver who has been brought up as a Muslim. His mother passes away and whilst he's packing up her things he discovers that he is adopted and actually born Jewish!

The Reluctant Infidel is currently screening in selected quality cinemas nationally.

David Downton at the Chase

David Downton fashion illustrator to the stars hit Sydney last week to as part of the Chatswood Chase Faces of Fashion exhibition and to sign copies of the book Masters of Fashion Illustrations. Now this is all great... except that the signing/meet time was on Wednesday and some of us have to be at work!!
Oh well - there's always the exhibition which runs until October 3. This is definitely on my 'must see' list.

Get Creative

I'm loving this gorgeous stop motion promo from the girls behind Creative Inc. Problem is I can't seem to my hands on their book as the suppliers don't deliver to the land of Oz!! All is not lost though because trusty Ariel books will soon have them... but please hurry up!!

Bicycles are coming back into fashion. All around Sydney new cycleways are being built and the bike craze is catching on. Not only are they fun to ride - they are good for your health and environmentally friendly! My 'new' steed arrived last week... bring on the 2011 Sydney Tweed Bike Ride - I'll be there with bells on!

Spring has sprung...

These gorgeous blooms are right near the top of my favourites list! Even as a little girl I loved them so much so that my mum had to buy me my very own 'pretty tree' to plant in our garden.
